Preparation Plan of Sepahan Shahr (200 Hectars)
Esfahan-Iran-1994
Sepahan
Shahr LP.Plan that goes back to 1994 is designed based
on urban natural and man made axes and is also formally
effected by the neighboring natural topography. These
axes and nodal points along with other secondary axes
as pedestrian routs and driving roadways have formed a
balanced setting that undeniably resembles Isfahan’s
urban fabric and responds to the requirements and functions
of modern cities.
The main structure of the preparation plan is shaped along
the axes of two north-south and east-west boulevards.
The junction of these two axes is now the real center
of the subject area (in the Preparation Plan) that acts
as a major urban space and is surrounded by the main functional
spaces of the compound.
