The intended site for this project is in southeast of
Tabriz and northeast of Ilgoli National garden. The distance
between this site and Tabriz central zone is about 10
km, covering a broad boulevard with a total area of 62000
sq.m.
The design completely benefits from the natural landscape
and the presence of Ilgoli National Garden at the vicinity
of the site. The residential complex consists of: 1 to
4 rooms apartments, an amphitheatre, administrative buildings,
service facilities and commercial centers. The design
is based on organizing the residential units around a
central open space located along the axis of Ilgoli National
Garden.
This central open space is a platform under which the
service facilities of the project are organized. This
platform has splendid view over Tabriz. The residential
units are designed as two strip-like 10-story buildings
aligned along the length of central open space. Between
these two buildings there is a 15-story tower that has
a great view over the city and the Ilgoli National garden.
An opening in the tower’s volume brings about the
possibility of viewing Tabriz from the platform.
The total area of this complex is around 175000 sqm.72%
of this total area is allocated to housing and the rest
comprises parking, service facilities, and etc.
